Focaccia Bread

Master the art of Italian cooking with this recipe for focaccia bread. As authentic as it is delicious, our olive-oil drizzled focaccia has a wonderfully chewy texture, rich flavour and crisp, salty crust. Serve topped with olives and cheese as we suggest here or experiment with different ingredients: rosemary, balsamic red onions, tomatoes and grapes would all make lovely additions.
