Vermicelli Mango Trifle
Chef Essam Cooked a Creative Dessert Mango Trifle with Goody Vermicelli instead of using cake to give it more crunch and texture

For the mango custard take 2 cups of milk boil it in a pot, add 4 tablespoons of sugar then in separate cup and take half a cup of cold milk and add 2 tablespoons of mango custard powder, stir until dissolved.
Then pour into the milk and stir continuously. Cook it for 5 minutes then keep it aside until cool, or put in the refrigerator
In a separate pot add 2 tablespoons of ghee, crushed cardamoms then add half packet of Goody vermicelli and roast for 2 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of sugar and half cup of water, cover the lid on a low heat until soft
To assemble, take serving glasses or bowl, and first add 2 tablespoons of cooked vermicelli then chilled mango custard then mango chunks repeat these 3 layers and on top garnish with some vermicelli, chopped almonds and mango chunks, serve chilled and enjoy !
