Quinoa Spaghetti Nests
The most sophisticated interpretation of spaghetti Bolognese you ever did see (or taste). Our recipe for quinoa spaghetti nests sees the cooked pasta arranged in elegant individual towers and topped with a flavourful homemade Bolognese sauce. Finished with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh microgreens, this dish has real wow factor.
