Preparation
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat, heat butter and olive oil. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Stir in tomato, lemon juice, dried basil, crushed bouillon, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Lower heat, add heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Simmer until smooth. Mix in Parmesan cheese
Step 4
Add cooked pasta, toss well, and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Top with extra Parmesan and serve.
