In a medium pan on medium high heat, add the fava bean, garlic, salt and pepper and simmer for 8 minutes.

Transfer to the serving dish and top with the parsley, dill, cilantro, tomato and tahini

Pour over the vegetable oil and garnish with the chickpeas and serve.
