Turkish Sfiha

When you’re in the mood for a baking project that will showcase your skills and yield delicious results, this is exactly the recipe to turn to. Our Turkish sfiha features an impressively light dough, which is made possible thanks to a secret ingredient (AKA Goody Mayonnaise). The minced beef filling meanwhile is flavoursome and aromatic, just as it should be.
