Chicken Alfredo Pesto Pasta
Alfredo-pesto pasta that you can impress your whole family with!

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil and minced garlic. Place them in a ceramic dish. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes while preparing the chicken and pasta.
Chicken Preparation: Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a plate, slice it thinly, and set it aside.
Boil a pot of water, cook Goody fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In the same skillet, add Goody Alfredo pesto sauce, cooking cream, and the roasted cherry tomatoes (including any juices). Mix gently and let the sauce simmer.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, toss gently to coat. Place the sliced chicken on top, along with pine nuts. Season with a pinch of salt.Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper. Enjoy your delicious pasta dish!
