Heat the oven at 180oC.

In a sheet over medium heat, heat the oil and add the fish, squid, and peeled shrimps; stir-fry for 10 minutes, then move the ingredients to another dish.

In the same sheet, add the onions, bell pepper, peas, and spices; stir until the ingredients wilt; afterwards, return the fish, shrimps, and squid to the sheet, and stir for 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, the chicken stock cube, and the spices and leave them over the heat for a couple of minutes. Add the rice, and stir the ingredients together for a minute, then add the water and turn off the heat. Stack the oysters and peeled shrimps and cover the sheet; then place it in the oven for 60 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

Garnish the dish with lemon and parsley.
