Hummus inspiration

This is a really fun way to serve hummus and pack extra fresh veggies in to your kids' diet – the hummus can be made ahead, too, if serving at a party.

The inspiration will offer three different hummus ideas:
A bright-purple beetroot hummus topped with candy beetroot
A smooth and creamy pumpkin hummus with pumpkin seeds
And a lemon hummus topped with a swirl of pesto
